Most plans provide for chiropractic care and will pay a percentage of costs. As a courtesy, our staff will verify your coverage and submit all claims, following up in every way possible to see that your insurance carrier meets their obligation for payment.

Our office is a participating provider in most managed care plans.

Medicare

We will submit your claims and in the event you have a supplemental policy, Medicare will forward that on to your insurance company. Medicare will send all reimbursements directly to you.

Medicaid

We are an affiliated provider with the Iowa Medicaid Title XIX program, Meridian, Coventry Total Care and Iowa Care among other plans and will process all the forms and claims needed. 

Personal Injury

We will file all necessary automobile or accident policies for you. For auto accidents we will file with the med-pay portion of your auto insurance, no matter who was at fault. The doctors have testified as expert witnesses in their field and have testified in court and in depositions on behalf of many patients, should your case evolve into a legal matter.

Worker's Compensation

If you are injured at work, costs related to your care are usually covered 100% by your employer's worker's compensation carrier. We are experienced in the additional reports and forms needed for on-the-job injuries.
